Some people will claim that the heat of their body will not hurt them if their exercises work the muscles and tendons in their lower back. However, people who do not realize the difference between a warm and hot body and one that isoverheated may develop problems. You should try to perform exercises that are at a slightly cooler temperature to reduce the risk of developing an injury.
